My name is Louise van Bemmel and I have been decorating cookies since 2010. You can say that it is a very out of hand hobby.

Over the past 10 years I have baked cookies on and off with some cookie "sabbaticals" in between. But in 2020 we bought our new house and The Cookie Studio can really only start! Starting your own business is super exciting. I do all this next to my job, so you always have to order on time because I can only take a few orders per month. I also always try to make/design original cookies. I only decorate the cookies with Royal Icing and do not use fondant.

We recently moved to Heijningen (North Brabant) and the cookies can also be picked up there.
